Honeywell recently announced plans to sell its Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) business to Protective Industrial Products, Inc. ("PIP®"), a portfolio company of Odyssey Investment Partners. At this time, we anticipate that the deal will close in the first half of 2025, subject to customary closing conditions. We expect this role, dedicated to the PPE business, will be part of this future transaction when it closes.
As a Sr Demand Generation Representative here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of Honeywell's demand generation efforts.
Your responsibilities will include guiding the development and execution of comprehensive strategies to generate qualified leads and drive pipeline growth. By leveraging your expertise in marketing automation, analytics, and strategic thinking, you will contribute to the company's revenue growth and market guidance.By guiding the development and execution of comprehensive demand generation strategies, you will drive qualified leads and pipeline growth, ultimately contributing to the company's revenue generation and business growth. Your ability to analyze market trends, identify new opportunities, and optimize campaigns will position Honeywell as a guide in the industry and drive the company's success in the market.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Guide the development and execution of comprehensive demand generation strategies to drive qualified leads and pipeline growth
• Work with marketing, sales, and product teams to align demand generation efforts with business objectives and product launches
• Analyze market trends, customer insights, and performance-driven landscape to identify new opportunities and optimize demand generation campaigns
• Utilize advanced marketing automation and CRM tools to track and report on lead generation performance, ROI, and attribution
• Provide strategic guidance and mentorship to the demand generation team, driving continuous improvement and professional development
YOU MUST HAVE
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in customer success or account management
• Proven track record of driving lead generation and pipeline growth
• Strong knowledge of marketing automation, CRM tools, and analytics tools
• Excellent thoughtful and data-driven mindset, with the ability to derive insights and make data-backed choices
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
