As a Customer Marketing Manager here at Honeywell, you willbe accountable for creating and executing all aspects of Customer Marketing forthe Building Automation business, related to localization initiatives. You willwork with cross-functional teams to gather customer insights, develop marketingplan and collateral, execute marketing campaigns, and measure campaigneffectiveness.
You will work closely with business stakeholders, bothinternal (sales, business leaders, offering and the broader customer marketingteam/function) and external (both public and private entities) to develop andexecute customer-focused marketing strategies and campaigns that driveengagement, loyalty, and revenue growth for localization initiatives.
Initially your focus will be to drive programs for our Fireand Life Safety initiative which aims to improve quality of life for citizensby supporting fire and life safety in residential communities. Bringingexperience of working across stakeholder groups and marketing disciplines, youwill be a self-starter that can effectively collaborate to implement Below-The-Line campaigns, and ensure effectiveness.
Youwill report directly to the Senior Sales Manager and you'll work out of our Riyadh, Saudi Arabia location on a hybrid workschedule.

- Develop and execute customer marketing strategies and initiatives to drivecustomer engagement and revenue growth related to localization initiatives.
- Work with sales and marketing teams to gather customer insights to develop andexecute targeted marketing campaigns.
- Create compelling marketing collateral, including sales presentations,brochures, case studies, and website content.
- Manage customer events and other engagements to enhance brand visibility andgenerate leads.
- Measure and analyze the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and adjuststrategies as needed.

YOU MUST HAVE
- 5+ years of experience in customer marketing or related roles, preferably in a role focused on product management and marketing strategy.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Strong understanding of marketing ethics and strategies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- ProvenB2B customer marketing experience. B2C experience is helpful but not a must.

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, BusinessAdministration, or a related.
