This position reports to

Sales Manager

Your role and responsibilities

As Account Manager you are responsible for the incoming orders/sales budget, while adhering to the price guidelines. This includes the organization and planning of measures to increase incoming orders/sales new customers and the introduction of new products and systems. • Anticipating and identifying the shortfalls in performance and takes appropriate remedial actions, proactively. • Identifying and evaluating new opportunities with existing and potential customers, determines plans for implementation, and allocates required resources. • Planning and executing customer surveys and acts on the survey results to ensure high level of customer satisfaction. • Participating in the negotiation of key contracts.

Qualifications for the role

• Experience in sales of technical products and systems
• In-depth technical understanding of the relevant technologies
• In-depth understanding of electrical wholesale and electrical installer market in Germany and an existing relevant network
• Strong collaboration skills
