Your role and responsibilities
Start your professional career in a leading multinational in its sector through our internship program for students that offers: 6 months with the possibility of extending another 6. Schedule compatible with your studies. Competitive remuneration. Specific technical training. Possibility to carry out your TFG/TFM and participate in real projects. Flexibility and the possibility of teleworking. Holidays and days off for study and exams. Objective of the internship: In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop end-to-end business intelligence framework for online products and SAAS solutions based on requirements that include recommending an appropriate architecture (on-premises/cloud), analytics, and reporting. Each day, you will evaluate business data to produce meaningful insights and metrics and to identify trends that could improve business performance. You will also showcase your expertise by designing new dashboards using best practices and intuitive visualization. Tasks to be performed: • Executing quantitative analysis that translate data into actionable insights. • Interpreting data, analyzing results using statistical techniques, and providing ongoing reports. • Owning the knowledge capture and transferring of under-the-hood systems such as various architectural and design aspects and ensures they are well documented to maintain and enhance the overall system integrity. • Contributing to design and coding related standards, technology, and tool selections and defines new data collection and analysis processes.

Qualifications for the role
- Education: master's degree in People Analytics.
- Languages: High English level.
- Additional knowledge: Office package, SAS.
