We are now looking for an Associate Product Manager who will play a central role in ensuring the successful delivery of level measuring systems that align with our company's strategic plan. In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
  • Take leadership and represent a range of level system accessory (third party) hardware products. Assess level of engagement needed for the respective product groups to secure strategical alignment with priorities, required approvals and roadmaps. Ensuring that products are updated and meet market and quality requirements.
  • Establish relationships and collaboration with product supplier organizations and key team members..
  • Lead and assist in developing and updating product collaterals as documentation, model code master, validation matrixes, sales and supporting tools, price list, web content, etc.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of product program strengths and weaknesses compared to market needs and competition. Identify and channel opportunities for improvements in visions, strategies & product supplier roadmaps.
  • Collaborate with internal functions such as E&D, the project management office, integrated marketing, production, business units, including global sales, BDMs, and industry managers, to understand market dynamics.
  • Other overarching product management topics, including Product Life Cycle Management (LCM), New Product Development (NPD) needs and Sustaining Engineering ensuring the incorporation of the voice of the customer into relevant processes.
  • Owning and representing Product Management in the Engineering Change Process (ECR) first half. Securing that the process is relevant and self instructing for all the collaborators in Product Management and other parts of the organization.
  • Maintain an overview of System Hardware ECR projects, small and large and contribute to the advancement of these projects.
  • Participate as key contributor in securing that the range of products within scope are successfully transferred into a new environment when our new ERP System is introduced in first half 2025.

For This Role, You Will Need:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent qualification and at least 2 years of experience in product management or related topics.
  • A strong personal drive with a strategic mentality and can combine technology with customer needs.
  • A broad technical understanding where your expertise spans across various technical domains rather than being limited to a narrow specialization.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in teams with empathy, responsibility, and persuasiveness.
  • Availability to travel, 10-15 days per year, good English skills.
  • Driver's License (B).

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
  • Background in product management or the instrumentation industry and/or its applications, is considered an advantage as well as proficiency in Swedish.
  • Mix of experiences of both practical and theoretical nature.
