KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and implement strategies to optimize warehouse productivity, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and timely order fulfillment.
• Manage and lead a team of warehouse associates, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse operations.
YOU MUST HAVE
• 3+ years of experience in warehouse management, preferably in a fast-paced distribution environment.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping processes.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Proficient in using warehouse management software and tools.
