ISC Analytics Specialist II

As a Data Analyst II here at Honeywell, youwill play a crucial role in driving data-driven insights and analytics tooptimize operational efficiency and improve decision-making within theIntegrated Supply Chain (ISC) organization. You will collaborate withcross-functional teams to address business challenges and develop analyticalsolutions. With your strong data analytics skills and expertise, you willdevelop and implement data analytics strategies to drive continuousimprovement. Your ability to translate complex data into actionable insightswill be key in ensuring data integrity and accuracy. You will report directlyto our ISC Analytics Lead and you'll work out of our Mexico City location on aHybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact the ISC organization byproviding valuable insights and recommendations to improve efficiency,cost-effectiveness, and customer satisfaction.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES• Support a comprehensive data strategy forthe Integrated Supply Chain organization, including data collection, storage,and maintenance, to facilitate data-driven decision-making. • Utilizestatistical and data analysis techniques to extract meaningful insights fromsupply chain data, providing actionable recommendations to improve efficiencyand cost-effectiveness. • Collaborate with various teams, includingprocurement, logistics, production, and finance, to align supply chainanalytics with overall business goals and strategies. • Identify and implementadvanced analytics tools and technologies to support data visualization,reporting, and monitoring of supply chain KPIs. • Drive a culture of continuousimprovement by analyzing and optimizing supply chain processes, identifyingareas for automation and efficiency gains. • Proactively identify and mitigatesupply chain risks through data analysis, ensuring business continuity andresilience.
YOU MUST HAVE• 2+ years of experience in data analytics
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translatecomplex data into actionable insights
• Proficiency in data analytics tools andprogramming languages (e.g., Python, R, SQL, etc.)
• Experience with datavisualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
• Excellent communicationand interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate withcross-functional teams
