Reporting to the Service Manager, you will join our Service UK team in Grimsby working in support of our offshore windfarms, providing administrative, logistical and materials support to the operations team.

Reporting to the Service Manager, you will join our Service UK team in Grimsby working in support of our offshore windfarms, providing administrative, logistical and materials support to the operations team.
Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Process requests and tasks via the company ERP system (SAP)
- Facilitate site procurement activity
- Conduct all necessary site administrative tasks & Control the staff Rota
- Process daily, weekly, and monthly reporting requirements
- Coordinate training bookings and manage a training matrix
- Liaise with the customer as required
- Support site management team
Qualifications
- Level 3 to Level 4 Business administration
- IT Skills (preferred: SAP, Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Good English skills both oral and written
- Full Drivers Licence
Competencies
As a person, we believe you have/are:
- Strong IT skills (preferred: SAP, Dynamics, Oracle, Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Full driver's license, ideally with Forklift Truck
- Strong administrative skills & experience
- Planning & Coordination experience
- Operations, Site or Service support experience
- Good time management & Proactive decision maker
- Provide management support & coordination
