Salary: Lecturer - £32,381 - £40,475 Pro-rata for part time roles, Apprenticeship Trainer - £27,755 - £31,225 pro-rata for part time roles
Actual Salary: Lecturer - £16,190.50 - £20,237.50, Apprenticeship Trainer - £13,887.50 - £15,612.50

About the role:
This combined role offers an exciting opportunity to combine the responsibilities of both a Plumbing Lecturer and Trainer within our apprenticeship provision. As a Lecturer, you will deliver high-quality, engaging theoretical and practical training sessions to apprentices, ensuring they gain a comprehensive understanding of the motor vehicle industry.
As a Trainer, you will support and assess students in their workplace, helping them meet or exceed their targets to achieve their qualifications. You will provide regular feedback, guidance, and mentoring to apprentices, ensuring they develop the necessary skills to succeed in the motor vehicle industry. As a confident communicator, you will build and maintain strong relationships with colleagues, students, and stakeholders, both internally and externally, and work collaboratively to support apprentices' progress.
If you're not yet in education but are wanting to influence the next generation of tradespeople then City of Bristol College is the right place for you! We will fully fund and support you to gain the correct teaching and assessing qualifications to enable you to carry out your role.
