Facilities Design and Integration:

• Lead the design and integration of mechanical systems and processes, ensuring compliance with industry standards and project specifications.
• Overview detailed design review of documentation, including drawings, specifications, and process flows.

Engineering Management:

• Contribute to multiple projects from concept to execution, ensuring alignment with structural goals, timelines, and budgets.
• Assessment of projects scope, objectives, and deliverables, while coordinating with interdisciplinary projects teams.

Technical Leadership:

• Provide expert guidance on mechanical and process engineering practices, technologies, and methodologies.
• Mentor and support junior/senior engineers and technical staff, promoting a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Collaboration and Communication:

• Collaborate with other engineering disciplines to ensure seamless integration of systems.
• Communicate technical concepts and project updates effectively to stakeholders, including management and subsidiaries.

Regulatory Compliance:

• Ensure all designs and processes adhere to relevant codes, standards, and safety regulations.
• Contribute necessary documentation for regulatory approvals and facilitate compliance audits.

Studies and Development:

• Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in mechanical and process engineering.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and innovative solutions that enhance performance and efficiency.
• Presenting Model designs to managers testing, evaluating, modifying and re-evaluating proposals.

Sustainability Initiatives:

• Advocate for integrities assessments, sustainable engineering practices within mechanical and process projects.
• Promote energy-efficient designs and technologies to minimize environmental impact.

Integrity Assessment Review:

• Assessing project requirements measuring the performance of mechanical components, devices and engines
• Agreeing budgets, timescales and specifications with project team and managers
• Maintaining and modifying equipment to ensure that it is safe, reliable and efficient
• liaising with Project Teams, Contractors suppliers
• Writing reports and documentation
• Providing technical advice, Analyzing and interpreting study deliverables, concept, FEED, SKILLS:

  Education:

  Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or/and Process Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

  Experience:

  Minimum of 25 years of experience in mechanical and process engineering, with a focus on Oil & Gas systems integration and project leadership.

  Proven experience in handling large-scale engineering projects.

  Strong technical knowledge of mechanical systems, process design, and fluid dynamics.

  Excellent Technical Leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

  Proficiency in Oil & Gas relevant surface facilities strategy and mid-stream enterprise  

  Certifications:

  Professional Engineer (PE) license is preferred.

  Relevant certifications in process engineering are a plus.

  Familiarity with non destructive testing methods and pipeline repair methods

  Ability generate isometric drawings including specifying material and NDT requirements

  Sound understanding of maintenance and operation methods for natural gas producing facilities

  Familiar with the basic concepts of corrosion engineering

  Demonstrated safety and environmental leadership skills

  Experience with monitoring and troubleshooting cathodic protection systems
