Production Manager
Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to support the unit in achieving the set production targets by adhering to the systems and processes. Each day, you will use machinery and equipment on the shop floor. You will also showcase your expertise by reading and interpreting the technical diagrams/instructions for assembly of products/systems/panels. The work model for the role is: Onsite at our Coleshill Roman Way site. (#onsite) This role is contributing to the Electrification, Smart Buildings UK division. You will be mainly accountable for: • Assembly of Consumer Units, Distribution Boards, Split Load Distribution Boards and Panel Boards in accordance with schedules / drawings issued. • Performing work manually or by using light hand tools. • Carrying out regular quality testing as part of a defined production process. • Operating within standard operating procedures and maintaining a clean work area.

Qualifications for the role
- Mechanical Assembly experience with some testing knowledge and electrical knowledge preferrable.
- Good levels of initiative, enthusiasm, punctuality and H&S awareness, abiding by site rules at all times.
- Must be reliable and flexible as sometimes overtime is required.
- Strong attention to detail with ability to work in a fact paced environment.
