Region MED > Customer Project Execution, MED > PMO Procurement & Cost Analysis
In the Customer Project Execution - Project Management Office team, we support all the process, transactional, and analytics activities of the Customer Project Execution organization to fulfill the main KPIs and purposes.

Responsibilities

• Procurement Activities:
  • Manage the creation of purchase requisitions of all services and materials during the implementation of the projects and follow up the payment process (PR/PO/GR/IR and payment)
  • Support in the selection of suppliers with the Procurement and Project Management team
  • Ensure the correct cost allocation according to the guidelines
• Cost Analysis:
  • Data quality maintenance in SAP (input the address of the site, update the latest cost expectations, maintenance the status of the projects with the progress until the project is closed in the system)
  • Provide the cost expectations for the operational activities
• Reporting:
  • POC report based on the cost progress of the projects
  • Status of the purchase requisitions by activity and by supplier

Qualifications

• Business Administration or Engineering degree
• 2-5 years of experience in procurement or similar
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
• Experience with SAP is valued
