Our major client is seeking a Field Operations Supervisor to work within their facilities located in Carlsbad, New Mexico for a 12-month assignment with possibility of extension.

Role Overview
- Collaborate with team consultants and other functions to identify focus areas in risk management
- Conduct data analysis and assist with coordination and development of training programs
- Incorporate lessons learned from previous operations into processes and planning for new opportunities
- Lead workshops and assist with developing operational strategies and cost estimates
- Ensure operational readiness for new projects by publishing processes and procedures
- Manage team meetings, activities, and performance objectives
- Train and mentor new team members and lead project-focused work teams
- Identify learnings from audits and incidents to improve training and development
- Optimize team spending and assist with coordination of team activities
- Create and implement maintenance plans to keep programs current
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in rigging operations, operational strategy, and maintenance
- Optional: Data analysis, coordination, and project execution skills
- Fluency in spoken and written English; secondary language proficiency is a plus
- Willingness to complete pre-employment background check and drug test
- Ability to travel within the U.S.
Education & Experience
- Certifications in relevant fields are a plus
