Finance > Group Finance > ESG Reporting

You will be a member of the ESG Reporting team within Vestas' Group Finance organization in Copenhagen, Denmark. Our primary responsibilities are to prepare the ESG disclosures for Vestas, to develop and maintain the Vestas' ESG accounting manual and enable compliance with CSRD and EU Taxonomy reporting. The ESG Reporting team works in close collaboration with our Group Sustainability Department.

Responsibilities
  • Process owner for Record to Report process for ESG
  • Building an internal control framework for ESG Reporting
  • Mapping of processes based on new set up around ESG reporting and linking it to automation possibilities
  • Identifying control deficiencies and remediating them on an ongoing basis
  • Continuous improvement of ESG data collection and consolidation
  • Take lead on selection and implementation of our future reporting solution for ESG
  • Supporting functional areas and reporting units in relation to ESG reporting processes


Qualifications
  • Professional experience 5+ years
  • A relevant degree within Finance or ESG
  • A background in financial processes with a passion for sustainability. Knowledge and experience around CSRD and EU Taxonomy is an advantage
  • Experience with financial or ESG risk and controls
  • English business fluent - both oral and written

  • You act with integrity and accountability, take initiative and ownership and can work independently without supervision
