Position: Warehouse Executive;

YOE: 10 to 15 Years;

Contract: On Contract;

Location: Hazira -Surat.

Essential skills and knowledge

Qualification & Experience:

• Professionally qualified with at least 10-15 years of experience in warehouse operations. Experience of warehouse management in Oil and Gas Industry will be an added advantage;
• Graduate/Diploma in Supply Chain/Engineering, with Inventory/Warehouse experience.

Job Knowledge & Skills:

• Well experienced in material handling & lifting which includes different MHE, forklift & stacker operations;
• Direct inventory, logistics, warehouse experience;
• Strong customer relationship management skills to understand needs and problems;
• Strong problem solving and implementation planning skills;
• Strong interpersonal, supervisory and team building skills;
• Strong personal computer skills (MS word, excel, power-point);
• Awareness of usage of items in order to stack materials accordingly i.e. fast-moving materials within easy reach and slower items at remote places;
• Technically competent to understand the different storing conditions for respective category of items e.g. Instrumentation, Elastomer, Hazardous Chemicals and various Gas Cylinders;
• Skilled knowledge and experience in operating automated warehouse systems to execute warehouse operations;
• Fluent communication in English, Hindi & Gujarati with adequate presentation skills;
• Ability to direct and supervise a set of skilled and unskilled workers for operating of powerful mechanised equipment like forklifts, Stacker with retractable ladder etc;
• Reasonable working knowledge of end use of inventory items to quickly provide working assistance to maintenance and operation engineers with the item that they are looking for in times of emergency or otherwise.
