Department Overview

The Sales department is responsible for the strategic planning of overall business growth identifying opportunities with new Companies and Clients for all Monex currency products (FX Spot, Forwards, Options) as well as maintaining relationships with existing Companies and Clients, increasing their business revenue and cross-collaborating with the Introducing Brokers (IB) department wherever possible.

Job Overview

A Lead Generation Specialist is responsible for driving sales effectiveness through the administration and maintenance of key sales operations initiatives. The role involves analysing sales data, optimizing processes, and collaborating with various teams to maximize revenue opportunities.

Key Skills & Experience Required
  • Maintain and optimize sales operations processes including order management, customer success, and lead management
  • Analyse sales data to identify trends and opportunities, creating reports to track progress and performance
  • Create and distribute regular reporting for Sales and management
  • Collaborate with Sales team to understand operational needs and help achieve goals
  • Manage day-to-day operational items including CRM performance issues
  • Create and load data populations to improve sales opportunities
  • Assist in continuous data hygiene initiatives
  • Evaluate contact-to-close cycle with Sales and Marketing teams
  • Create and maintain sales training program documentation and materials
  • Provide regular and ad hoc training to Sales personnel
  • Serve as cross-functional liaison between Sales, Finance, Marketing, and HR
  • Manage and advise on sales and marketing campaigns and promotions

Business Knowledge / Technical Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Commercial economics, Marketing or related field
  • 1+ years of experience in sales operations, operations management, business development preferred
  • Proficient in CRM software, sales analytics tools, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Advanced understanding of MS Excel including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, and macros

Languages
  • Native Dutch is mandatory
