HVAC Install Coordinator/ Manager in the industry to join our Team!

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Dallas Plumbing/AirPros USA is seeking someone who knows what it takes to manage and grow our HVAC installation division. You must take pride in your work, be personable, customer-focused, and ready to take on new challenges in a fast-paced environment, and you must be willing to grow personally as the department grows.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

The primary responsibilities of the HVAC Install Manager will include, but are not limited to:

• Managing our elite team of installers.
• Completing sold jobs in a timely manner and exceeding customer expectations.
• Hire and Train top talent to join the team and grow the department.
• Keeping department expenses within budget.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Team player with strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
• Must be customer-focused with the ability to build lasting relationships.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Self-starter who is able to manage multiple tasks with minimal direction.
• Outstanding problem-solving skills.
• Capable of passing a background check and drug screen
• Must have an insurable driving record.
• S1 or S2 license is desirable but not required.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:

• 45K-65k salary range depending on experience
• Health Benefits, including Medical
• Paid Time Off and Holidays
• 401k option
