What You'll Do:

• Convert high-quality solar leads into closed deals through persuasive and consultative sales techniques.
• Engage with potential customers to educate them on the benefits of solar and our exclusive offers.
• Master our proven sales process through comprehensive training covering product knowledge, sales strategies, and CRM systems.
• Maintain and exceed sales performance goals by consistently closing deals and meeting quality assurance standards.
• Build rapport and create meaningful customer relationships that drive long-term success.

Qualifications:

1+ years of sales experience preferred (Solar or high-ticket sales a plus)
Strong work ethic and self-motivation

Ability to multitask while navigating CRM software
Comfortable in a commission-driven environment
Reliable Internet Connection & Home Office Setup

Compensation & Benefits:

Competitive Commission-Based Pay - Potential earnings: $60K - $178K+ annually
1099 Position - Opportunity to transition into a W2 role
Flexible Scheduling - Minimum 30 hours per week required
Bonuses & Incentives - Monthly & weekly performance bonuses

• Shifts Available: Day, Evening, and Weekend shifts as needed
