What You Will Do

• Operate drilling rigs and related equipment safely and efficiently.
• Conduct site assessments and determine optimal drilling locations.
• Monitor drilling operations and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
• Maintain detailed records of drilling activities and equipment maintenance.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure project goals are met on time.

What You Bring

• Minimum of three (3) years and proven experience in water well drilling or a related field.
• Strong understanding of drilling equipment and techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good physical stamina and the ability to work in various weather conditions.
• Effective communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• Experience working in Hawaii or on remote island projects.
• Deep knowledge and understanding of water well pumps and drilling operations.
• Vocational training or certification in drilling operations preferred.
