Mission:
Oversee and implement health management systems across large operational units or complex projects to ensure the health and well-being of all employees. This includes continuous monitoring, safeguarding health, managing medical coverage, and driving improvement through audits and inspections.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, monitor, and safeguard employee health by implementing effective health management strategies.
- Ensure seamless medical coverage and emergency response systems.
- Develop, update, and manage project-specific health documents.
- Maintain operational health programs, including GIPSI, PSS, and alcohol/drug prevention initiatives.
- Equip medical facilities with necessary supplies and ensure consistent availability.
- Conduct health risk evaluations, preventive activities, and immunization programs.
- Provide 24/7 medical support through in-house teams and third-party agreements.
- Supervise medical facilities and health systems of subcontractors, extending coverage to minor contractors.
- Organize emergency response plans, including first aid teams, MEDEVAC procedures, and equipment distribution.
- Manage medical waste per legal standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with management to plan health initiatives and implement corporate prevention programs.
Requirements:
- Strong expertise in health management systems, emergency planning, and risk mitigation.
- Ability to drive compliance with health-related standards and local regulations.
