People & Culture > P&C Region NCE
You will become part of the People & Culture (P&C) team in Northern & Central Europe (NCE). This team supports leaders in Vestas largest region with business partner tasks.

Responsibilities

• Your role will be to collaborate closely with different stakeholders in the business, your colleagues in HR, and particularly senior HR Business Partners. You will be part of our P&C team in NCE, reporting directly to the regional Head of P&C
• Coordinate activities around employee relations in Denmark and in the European Works Council
• Work with the legal team in P&C to learn about how to provide advice and guidance on policies, procedures, and employment legislation
• Support and work closely with the P&C Business Partners to build skills and prepare for the next step in your career

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Danish
• Good understanding of business and strategy
• Proactive and structured
• An effective communicator who can build trust and act as a trusted advisor

Competencies

• Interested in expanding knowledge about Business Partnering and grow into a more senior P&C Business Partner role
• As a background, you can be early in your career, or newly graduated in business, law, or a related field
