Weatherford is seeking an experienced Technical Service Representative to join our Intervention and Drilling Services team based out of our Nisku facility. This role is responsible for shop and field equipment servicing, including hydraulic torque wrench operations, equipment maintenance, and on-site support at customer locations. As a Technical Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient and safe operations while delivering exceptional service to our valued clients.
Requirements
While a formal degree is not required, previous experience in drilling and completion activities, as well as BOP service and repair, is highly desirable.

Requirements
- Perform occasional field hydraulic torque wrench jobs and rig ups/tear downs of BOP equipment
- Service and provide maintenance to all equipment, including shop and field repairs
- Complete post-job equipment servicing work orders and submit to billing clerk promptly
- Assist in day-to-day operations, troubleshooting, and special projects as required
While a formal degree is not required, previous experience in drilling and completion activities, as well as BOP service and repair, is highly desirable.
Certifications
- Valid Driver's license
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Safety-oriented mindset with a commitment to following protocols
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Adaptability to handle multiple tasks in a demanding environment
