Vestas is looking for an experienced and qualified Production Manager who wish to bring and build an Inclusive culture.

Production manager in line 3, hall 5. Shell production. Management of 4 groupleads and approx. 150 employees

Responsibilities

• Secure safety in corporation with group leads and safety reps.
• Ensure production according to quality requirements (PWI)
• Ensure correct manning according to budget
• Ensure training on all employees in department
• Production output regarding to budget / delivery plans

Qualifications

• Engineering degree as Production Engineer or similar or an experienced Technician
• Experience with management from a Production industry
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics software, among others SAP
• Good management and organizational skills
• Advanced communication and negotiation skills
• Working knowledge of legal regulations and ISO requirements
• Fluency in English, and we prefer Danish as well
