Production manager in line 3, hall 5. Shell production. Management of 4 groupleads and approx. 150 employees
Responsibilities
- Secure safety in corporation with group leads and safety reps.
- Ensure production according to quality requirements (PWI)
- Ensure correct manning according to budget
- Ensure training on all employees in department
- Production output regarding to budget / delivery plans
Qualifications
- Engineering degree as Production Engineer or similar or an experienced Technician
- Experience with management from a Production industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics software, among others SAP
- Good management and organizational skills
- Advanced communication and negotiation skills
- Working knowledge of legal regulations and ISO requirements
- Fluency in English, and we prefer Danish as well

- Knowledge of Organization
