About The Role :

As a reminder, the VIE program is strictly reserved for applicants aged between 18 and 28 who are French or European nationals, in accordance with current regulations.

• Promote & comply with applicable safety instructions and other COMPANY HSE procedures in all activities,
• Carry out work in compliance with COMPANY values and policies, relevant laws and regulations, agreed TEN priorities and objectives, TEN standards and procedures and good industry practices,
• Coordinate any HSE concern/issue with HSE team, and to immediately report to Lead/Coordinator and HSE team in case of any accident/incident happened,
• Supervise preservation activities done by Subcontractor in charge of warehousing for materials / equipment,
• Check detail status of the receipt equipment and materials confirm the location of the storage Warehouse and preservation Passive/Active method applied,
• Follow that requirement inside the Preservation plan procedure are properly implemented by Subcontractor,
• Ensure Vendors recommendations are implemented and maintained on time as per frequency,
• Ensure that proper consumables / handling tools are procured and used (VpCI, VCI, Desiccants.),
• Monitor Project equipments/material storage (short / long term), Installation and necessary preservations during Storage, Construction, Pre-comm & Commissioning phases,
• Follow-up with Various disciplines to coordinate needs for Preservations on their respective equipments and ensure effective implementation,
• Lead preservation crew at Sub CTRs premises, informing and motivating them adequately and giving them clear priorities/directions for the performance of their duties. Provides them support and assistance to ensure quality and timely completion of their work,
• Participate and/or manage weekly meetings with Sub CTR,
• Conduct at weekly basis Site patrol/walkthrough related to preservation,
• Implement/record the information of executed activities via Preservation Management System (EASYPLANT),
• Reports on a day-to-day basis directly to hierarchical superiors (Preservation Surveillance repot, Job Card, Nitrogen log, Temperature/Humidity log, etc.),
• Treat all information obtained during the course of the work with confidentiality.

• You speak and write in English fluently;

• You have a good team-spirit and skills in coordination;
• You are proficient with MS Suite, knowledge of MS Power BI is a plus.
