Your Role: Own the Challenge /Take on the Journey

  • Manage the development, planning and implementation of the marketing and sales mission, vision and strategy for the assigned area, as well as budgets and efficiency targets.


  • Define and lead market development (market presence, execution standards, delivery model) for assigned division and region.


  • Supervise a team to identify , monitor, maintain and improve pricing levels in the sales market and collaborate with product management team to evaluate the impact of pricing on results.


  • Define key marketing and sales objectives (volume, price, product portfolio mix, etc.) and establish appropriate metrics and measurement tools to monitor performance.


  • Drive target achievement and sales growth in global markets by forecasting results, identifying performance gaps early and taking necessary corrective actions.


  • Accountable for achieving order targets, profitability and related business objectives for assigned product portfolio.


  • Evaluate new and existing market opportunities and needs and establish a proactive, solutions-focused sales approach.


  • Oversee activities related to monitoring market trends, competitive analysis and defining market segments. ・ Increase market visibility by developing efficient marketing and sales tools and ensuring their proper management and utilization .


  • Plan and conduct customer surveys, analyze the results and take appropriate action to ensure customer satisfaction.


  • Support the sales organization and help them achieve sales volume and product mix targets.


  • Define systems to monitor customer financial positions, forecast changes in key risk factors and report to relevant internal teams globally.


  • Establish appropriate processes to proactively identify and manage customer and channel risks related to contract terms and pricing.


  • Develop, implement and evaluate sales processes, related tools, training and development plans and implementation programs.


  • Work with cutting-edge technology and top experts to engineer solutions that shape the future.

  • Formulation and execution of various strategies


  • (Portfolio management, business strategy, market analysis, go-to-market strategy, etc.)


  • Regulatory and legal compliance


  • Optimization of pricing strategy


  • Budget and performance targets


  • Account management


  • Business development and market penetration


  • Sales support (establishment of sales methods, solution/application sales engineering, channel sales (distributor management)


  • Contract and risk management


  • P&L management


  • Organizational management experience ( 8 years or more )


  • 【Japanese】JLPT N1 level or above in Japanese language


  • 【English】 Business level
