ABOUT THIS ROLE

Our Lead Generation Manager works from 9:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday - Friday.

This sales management role combines your leadership skills with your ability to connect with clients and secure more solar or roofing jobs. You're a key part of our continued growth, providing quality training and mentorship to guide your team of door-to-door agents to greatness. Through regular coaching, constructive feedback, and detailed performance reviews, you lay the foundation for success and empower your team to excel in the field. You develop innovative strategies to support agents in meeting lead-generation goals and sales targets.

As your team identifies job opportunities, you qualify prospects and assign leads to the appropriate department. You also engage with clients to nurture relationships, promote our services, and close deals. You're available throughout the sales process to answer questions and provide amazing customer service. To elevate our strategies, you track performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and develop training materials and sales scripts that comply with company policies and local regulations. Your hard work and dedication make a lasting impact!

LEAD GENERATION MANAGER REQUIREMENTS
  • Proven sales management experience, preferably in the solar, roofing, or door-to-door industries
  • Ability to analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly
  • Excellent leadership and motivational skills
  • Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills

Knowledge of solar and roofing products would be preferred.
