We are currently seeking a Business Administration Manager, reporting directly to the Site Operations Manager to join the team based in Teesside.
About The Role:
Your main missions and responsibilities will be to:
We are seeking a Business Administration Manager Project team in the North-East. You will be responsible for the general administrative assistance to facilitate smooth functioning of site supervision and work accountancy control. Responsible for all local fiscal and financial activities.
On behalf of the site manager, acts as T.ENs representative dealings with local authorities related to administrative matters.

- On behalf of the Site Manager, acts as T.ENs representative dealings with local authorities related to administrative matters.
- Supervises all the administration staff under his/her responsibility.
- Respect the standard norms & procedures of QHSE.
- Issue (for SM approval) and deploy Administrative Procedures.
- Perform and maintain site office services.
- Perform administrative management of the supervision personnel.
- Ensure access to accommodation and local transportation for T.EN construction team, vendor representation & licensors.
- Provide procurement services for local purchases.
- Control local suppliers and vendor's invoices.
- Ensure local supplier's payment.
- Ensure positive labour relations.
- Ensure positive relationships with local Authorities.
- Provide and maintain personnel records, reports, and appraisals.
- Manage the time sheets of Contractors, local personnel, and expatriates.
- Provide travel and ticketing services.
- Keep Contractors site petty cash.
- Establish a central filing system for all correspondence, memos, minutes, purchase orders, subcontracts, deficiency reports, internal notes (Public holidays, working hours).
- Process insurance claims.
- Coordinate with the Site HSE&S Manager and local authorities with regard to off-Jobsite Security matters, evacuation plan, and site medical visits if necessary.
- Lead the process of mobilization, local recruitment and follow up of home leave in accordance with local regulations work.
- Extensive experience in a similar position on a large scale, complex construction projects.
- Team worker and ability to work with diverse personalities and culture
- Focused, diligent and structured with the ability to deliver critical results on tight deadlines
- Management and leadership skills.
- Ability to quickly immerse yourself in technical and complex subjects and organizations.
The successful candidate will be site based once the site office is established (within 12-18 months) but until then, will work on a hybrid basis, attending the Milton Keynes and London offices as required.
