Role Overview

• Develop and implement materials management strategies, including purchasing, expediting, inspection, logistics, and customs.
• Oversee field materials management activities, such as transport, receipt, storage, maintenance, allocation, issuing, and scrap/surplus disposal.
• Advocate for capital efficiency and apply best practices in project execution.
• Ensure smooth transition of activities from engineering office to construction site.
• Coordinate heavy modules transportation planning and execution.
• Assist in developing close out plans and reporting.

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong problem-solving skills with experience in materials management preferred.
• Broad understanding of project execution and materials management principles, theories, and concepts.
• Ability to travel or relocate to project sites (domestic/overseas).
• Experience in project management roles preferred.
• Knowledge of purchasing, expediting, inspection, logistics, customs, and other related processes.
• Familiarity with heavy modules transportation planning.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or Supply Chain Management preferred.
• Certifications in relevant fields are a plus.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in materials management or related roles.
