JOB SUMMARY
The Marketing Performance Manager will be a key player in propelling the performance of in-house brands across acquisition, retention, and awareness efforts. The Marketing Performance Manager will utilize their prior work related marketing expertise and cutting-edge AI tools to develop and execute data-driven campaigns across multiple channels, with a focus on web-based lead generation sales.

SUMMARY OF ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify target audiences and growth opportunities
• Develop comprehensive customer acquisition strategies aligned with business goals and objectives
• Utilize AI tools like Gemini and ChatGPT to generate creative content, craft compelling messaging, and personalize campaign elements
• Analyze campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI
• Track and report on campaign costs, performance, and ROI to understand channel and offer effectiveness
• Translate data insights into strategic recommendations and actionable plans
• Manage and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across various platforms (e.g., search, social media, email)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, sales) to ensure brand consistency and a seamless customer experience
• Manage marketing activities and campaigns, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget
• Create clear performance metrics and hold vendors/agencies accountable for delivering results

The preferred candidate will be able to:
• Demonstrates a proactive mindset, identifying opportunities for improvement and taking initiative to implement solutions
• Able to effectively navigate challenges and find solutions independently, leveraging available resources.
• Continuously seeks out new knowledge and insights to improve marketing performance and bring fresh ideas to the team.
• Develop a deep understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and best practices

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
• Required - Bachelor Degree
• Required - Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record of success in customer acquisition
• Deep expertise in digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing)
• Experience leveraging AI tools for marketing purposes is a major plus (e.g., Gemini, ChatGPT)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must be a persuasive speaker and presenter
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills with accuracy and attention to detail
• Work well independently with minimal supervision and can manage multiple priorities
• Flexible in a dynamically changing environment

ABILITIES REQUIRED
• Able to work in a time-sensitive environment with non-flexible deadlines
• Demonstrates integrity at all times
• Able to meet highest attendance requirements
• Able to handle multiple tasks concurrently
• Able to work a minimum of 40 hours per week
• Able to speak, read and write English
