THE VITAL LEADERSHIP ROLE YOU'LL HAVE

As our HVAC Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in enhancing our operations and ensuring stellar service for our heating and air conditioning clients. From pre-job preparation-pulling permits and conducting inspections-to visiting technicians in the field, you'll guarantee every project meets the highest safety and quality standards. You'll also serve as the go-to problem solver for both employees and clients, addressing concerns promptly and effectively. Leading by example, you'll coach your team, provide constructive feedback, and manage ongoing training to develop their skills and elevate performance. Through your dedication and leadership, you'll strengthen our reputation and ensure customers choose CR Plumbing time and again.

This full-time position offers a stable schedule, working Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM, with additional on-call hours as needed. You'll report to our main location before heading out to job sites.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR SUCCESS

• Experience managing 5+ technicians
• 2+ years of experience in the heating and air conditioning industry

Having both residential and commercial management experience would be a plus for this HVAC Manager role!
