Key Responsibilities
- Strategy Development: Create comprehensive digital demand generation strategies aligned with overall marketing and business goals. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform campaign planning.
- Campaign Management: Design and manage multi-channel digital campaigns across platforms like email, social media, SEO, and content marketing. Develop compelling content assets including blog posts, webinars, e-books, and landing pages to nurture leads throughout the buying cycle. Implement lead capture and lead nurturing programs using marketing automation tools.
- Digital Campaign Management: Develop, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and Bing Ads, ensuring strategic alignment with business goals while effectively tracking ROI.
- Website Performance: Utilize SEO tools to measure and analyze website performance, track keyword rankings, and refine keyword strategies to enhance organic search visibility and drive sustained traffic growth.
- Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) like website traffic, lead generation, conversion rates, and ROI. Analyze campaign data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Continuously test and iterate on campaign elements to maximize effectiveness.
- Sales Alignment: Collaborate closely with sales teams to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and sales objectives, including developing sales enablement materials and supporting account-based marketing initiatives.
- Marketing Technology Expertise: Stay updated on the latest marketing technologies and tools, including marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and data analytics platforms to leverage data-driven decision making.
Qualifications
- BA in Marketing
- 7+ years of Digital Marketing Experience. Deep understanding of digital marketing channels including SEO, SEM, social media advertising, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute a comprehensive demand generation strategy with a clear understanding of market dynamics and customer needs.
- Data Analysis: Proficiency in analyzing marketing data to identify trends, measure campaign performance, and make data-driven decisions.
- CRM Knowledge: Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Zoho) to track lead generation and sales pipeline activity.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and leadership.
