Sales Manager
Your role and responsibilities
• Coordinate and manage project channel related management work in the western region, achieve performance indicators and business goals, covering industry project customers, project pipeline management, project partner management, sales team management, etc.; • Daily management of the sales team, talent cultivation and team building within the region, fully leveraging the subjective initiative of each team member; • Achieving short-term goals for regional business, planning for medium and long-term business, and managing action plans; • Collaborate and support the work of other departments or positions, coordinate strategic projects, project resource management, etc.

Qualifications for the role
- 6-10 years of experience in project channel related business management and key account management;
- More than 3 years of team management experience, with a certain foundation in data management, building materials, and distributor management;
- Bachelor's degree or above, fluent in English communication, and possess other comprehensive abilities (learning ability).
