PIPEFITTER JOB DESCRIPTION:

Install, repair, and build pipe systems for heating, hot water, cooling, and more in commercial buildings.

PIPEFITTER JOB DUTIES:

• Install various types of pipes utilizing blueprints.
• Cut and assemble pipes using hand and or power tools.
• Repair defective pipe.
• Test pipes to ensure proper functionality and safety.
• Connect piping systems with fittings, tack welding, or threaders.
• Perform all other job duties as needed.

PIPE FITTER QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum 4 years of recent verifiable experience with pipefitting.
• Experience in commercial new construction and renovations.
• Hand tools required for pipefitting.
• Ability to work outside in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to work overtime if requested.
• Must have basic PPE.
