Do I have What it Takes?
- Valid Texas Drivers License with a minimum of 3 years of driving experience with a clean record.
- Must be able to pass background check and drug screen.
- At least 3 years of experience in HVAC service and working knowledge of HVAC codes.
- Registration as a technician with TDLR is a requirement.
- EPA Certification.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Mechanical aptitude.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks on a daily basis:
- crawl in tight places and climb ladders; work in attics, garages, crawl spaces and on roofs
- Integrity and ability to promote a positive company image.
- Provide exceptional customer service while on the job site.
- Results driven in a high-energy environment with attention to detail.
- Must be able to follow directions and work independently.

Qualifications
What Will I Do?
- Receive on the job training until you are comfortable in this position.
- Display strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Use your residential service and sales experience to recommend, up-sell and coordinate any additional services needed.
- Troubleshooting skills are a must.
- Travel to customers home as needed and assure complete customer satisfaction when the job is complete.
- Verify that proper installation was completed on HVAC/Plumbing system and assure the customer that the install is up to code.
- Spend time with the customer showing them how to use the system properly.
- Protecting company assets is an absolute must.
- You will be required to maintain confidentiality and protect customer information/data.
- All other duties as assigned by management.
