As the Global Service Operating Model Governance & Transformation Team, we are the global anchor supporting our front line colleagues in the regions to improve how they work. We do that by managing the development, continued improvement, and maintenance of our operating model. For example, through empowerment by sharing transformation products and best practices, anchoring and coordinating major projects towards the end-users, taking their input and shaping it into next improvement initiatives, improving processes, and being the ears and eyes in headquarters as well as regions to merge interests and focus areas.
Together, we ensure effective adoption of corporate strategies by assessing change needs and collaborating with global and regional management teams towards implementing the needed transformations.

Together, we ensure effective adoption of corporate strategies by assessing change needs and collaborating with global and regional management teams towards implementing the needed transformations.
Responsibilities
- As Change Manager in the Global Operating Model - Governance & Transformation team, your role will be to manage the change development and implementation dimensions towards end users.
- Handling transformation projects which could vary from implementing a new system, streamlining job roles/processes, implementing new ways of working or accompanying organizational blueprint changes
- By driving change, you will be substantial part in building a future-ready, scalable, and intelligent operational model
- Your first assignment will be on handling the change management and transformation of a global improvement initiative that introduces innovative and digital intelligence into our operational planning practices
- You will ensure regional adoption by acting as the key link between the global team and regional stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and organized engagement to all our offices worldwide
- You will be responsible for tailoring change efforts to regional requirements and thereby ensure effectiveness and high adoption
Qualifications
- Hold a Master or equivalent in e.g., Business/Economics (other areas welcome as well)
- Change Management Expertise: Solid understanding of systemic change management approaches (e.g. PROSCI)
- Solid understanding of digitalization and digital products
- Experience in rolling out transformation projects and managing cross-functional change initiatives in a complex organization
- Proficient verbal and written skills in English. Any other languages, especially Spanish, Portuguese or German are beneficial
Competencies
- Develop and implement a comprehensive change management plan, including impact assessments, stakeholder mapping, and monitoring frameworks, integrating global and regional interests to realize true change. Work closely with regional teams (on all dimensions: top leaders to users) to identify and overcome barriers to adoption, maintaining momentum throughout the change process
- Be able to articulate a clear and compelling vision for the future and inspire others to reach it. Ensure alignment and buy-in from regional leadership to ensure smooth implementation of the new enhancements on process and IT dimensions
- Have effective communication skills to clearly convey the vision and engage employees at all levels. Have the ability to distil complex insights into an executive narrative and to persuade in an inclusive manner
- Be curious and bring analytical skills to identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans
- Able to remain flexible and deal with unforeseen changes with persistence to handle resistance and setbacks during the change process
- Focus on building and maintaining trust and solid relationships with stakeholders to ensure their support for the change initiative and navigate in a cross-cultural context. Deliver actionable insights from regional stakeholders to the project team, to identify pain points and improvement areas, thereby enhancing the adoption of innovative solutions
