Activities
INTERNAL AUDIT & CONTROL
- Ensure the internal control procedures of the company and its subsidiary are in compliance with the Group's and its M&S Branch's.
- Assist in preparing and analyzing the Group's internal control reports (PAC, SAPIN2,...) on an efficient and effective manner.
- Coordinate with all departments to implement and enforce the relevant internal control procedures.
- Attend internal audit/control projects as assigned.
- Assist in drafting the internal audit and control report when required.
- Do the follow-up of the audit recommendations and document the updated status.
- Assist in managing the company's P&P master data and timely update where necessary.
- Assist in other tasks as required by line manager.
SURPRISED CHECK
- Join the operational spot checks at stations, depot, warehouse, dealer's and contractor's sites.
- Attend the surprised cash and cash equivalent check at the designated areas.
- Other surprised checks as required by management.
Candidate Profile
- Education background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Accounting/Finance.
- At least 2-year experience of external or internal audit, preferably in multi business and operation environment would be of assistance in this role.
- Skills: Good command of SAP system, MS Office and good understanding of accounting principles would be advantageous.
- Ability to work with deadlines, good self-organization, and professional interpersonal skills. Fluency in Khmer and English. French language understanding would be a plus.
