About the Role:
Airswift is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Maintenance Planning Technician to join our US Onshore Resources & Carbon Management (ORCM) team. This office-based role in Platteville, Colorado, focuses on managing and analyzing data to support maintenance planning and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Utilize the organization's SAP Master Data Management strategy to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
  • Assist with occasional field data collection and manage the entry of field-supplied data into SAP and supporting systems.
  • Collect, manage, and convert raw data into actionable insights for analysis across the organization.
  • Ensure data availability, accuracy, and consistency to support operational decision-making.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and cross-functional teams including Finance, Accounts Payable, Supply Chain, and Vendors.
  • Conduct meetings with field operations teams to validate data and address operational needs.
  • Prioritize and coordinate tasks across multiple work groups, ensuring timely data reporting.
  • Utilize key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting tools to support continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or G.E.D. required; additional technical certifications are a plus.
  • Preferred experience with SAP and a basic understanding of the oil and gas industry.
  • Proficiency in SAP, SQL, and Microsoft Excel is highly desirable.

Preferred Experience:
  • Proficiency in developing data solutions using database technologies such as Oracle, SQL Server, or SQL Server Management Studio.
  • Experience with reporting and visualization tools, particularly Power BI.
  • Strong expertise with Microsoft Office products, especially Excel.
  • Basic knowledge of oil and gas operations, equipment, and field data collection.
  • Willingness to assist with occasional field data collection as needed.
