About the Role:
Airswift is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Maintenance Planning Technician to join our US Onshore Resources & Carbon Management (ORCM) team. This office-based role in Platteville, Colorado, focuses on managing and analyzing data to support maintenance planning and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize the organization's SAP Master Data Management strategy to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Assist with occasional field data collection and manage the entry of field-supplied data into SAP and supporting systems.
- Collect, manage, and convert raw data into actionable insights for analysis across the organization.
- Ensure data availability, accuracy, and consistency to support operational decision-making.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and cross-functional teams including Finance, Accounts Payable, Supply Chain, and Vendors.
- Conduct meetings with field operations teams to validate data and address operational needs.
- Prioritize and coordinate tasks across multiple work groups, ensuring timely data reporting.
- Utilize key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting tools to support continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or G.E.D. required; additional technical certifications are a plus.
- Preferred experience with SAP and a basic understanding of the oil and gas industry.
- Proficiency in SAP, SQL, and Microsoft Excel is highly desirable.

- Experience with reporting and visualization tools, particularly Power BI.
- Strong expertise with Microsoft Office products, especially Excel.
- Basic knowledge of oil and gas operations, equipment, and field data collection.
- Willingness to assist with occasional field data collection as needed.
