Are you ready to join our team as a Quality Professional and make a significant impact on our HSSEQ Project team? As a Quality & Risk professional, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our wide and exciting portfolio of projects in Stavanger, Norway.
Role Overview
- Planning and executing quality management activities to deliver projects according to specification and regulatory requirements
- Proactively identifying and mitigating quality risks that may threaten project cost and schedule
- Fostering a collaborative approach with Alliances and Contractors to deliver to the required quality standards
- Preventing loss by eliminating or reducing the cost of poor quality
- Performing quality assurance activities such as internal audits and self-assessments to verify conformity with the BMS. This includes establishing and supporting the development of the audit & verification plan
- Facilitating risk reviews/integrated risk assessments and supporting preparations ahead of risk reviews
- Monitoring that risk review follow-up is done in a timely manner in-between risk review meetings
- Facilitating lessons learned and continual improvement activities
- Leading or supporting deviation and non-conformities processes and Management of Change activities
- Supporting projects with closure of relevant audit findings and following up on responses from vendor audit findings or quality incidents
- HSE experience
- Risk Analysis expertise
- Quality Assurance knowledge
- Optional requirement: Quality Management skills
- Internal Audits experience
- Self-Assessments proficiency
- Audit & Verification Plan development experience
- Deviation and Non-Conformities process understanding
- Management of Change activity management skills
- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality & Risk Management
- Demonstrated ability to drive improvement and be proactive in your work
