Your role and responsibilities
As a trusted and empowered member of the Electrification Business Insights team you will lead partnerships with ABB Business Areas and Divisions and develop a wide range of analytics solutions using visualization and analytics to provide data driven insights for decision making. You will join a dynamic, talented, and high performing team, where you will be able to thrive. The work model for the role is: #LI-hybrid You will be mainly accountable for: • Leading project teams on complex business activities (e.g., pricing, forensics, projects). • Collaborating with senior leadership to create data-driven roadmaps addressing critical business questions. • Generating impactful analysis, reporting, and visualizations to communicate business performance insights. • Preparing concise written communications to present findings and recommendations to stakeholders. • Designing and oversee complex data pipelines for advanced business analytics solutions. • Providing mentorship and foster a culture of learning and high performance within the team.

Qualifications for the role
- Qualifications for the role:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance).
- Proven business domain knowledge in areas like Marketing, Sales, Forensics, Logistics, Operations, Procurement, Service, Accounting, or HR.
- Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in business intelligence, data analytics, data science, or related fields.
- Deep understanding of SAP data structures and configuration.
- Expertise in data extraction and manipulation using tools like Alteryx and SQL, with proficiency in creating visualizations using Tableau.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders, including senior leaders.
