As a Crewing Coordinator , you'll take the reins of personnel logistics, planning crew rotations, and ensuring every vessel is staffed with highly trained professionals. From mobilization and demobilization to maintaining crew certifications, your work will directly contribute to the success of offshore operations.
You'll also:
- Work closely with the Crewing Manager, other Coordinators, Rig Managers, and the QHSE team.
- Manage relationships with crewing agencies and ensure compliance with agreements.
- Travel occasionally to barges and service providers for on-site reviews and collaboration.
- Step in for the Crewing Manager when needed, keeping operations seamless.
Requirements
We're looking for someone with:
- 5+ years of crewing experience, ideally in offshore or marine sectors.
- A solid grasp of international crewing regulations and maritime labour laws.
- Fluency in Dutch and English (written and spoken).
- Exceptional organizational skills, problem-solving ability, and adaptability.
Bonus points if you're tech-savvy with crewing software and Microsoft Office!
