We are currently seeking a Senior Contracts Administrator to join one of our major client and be part of their project team based in Sherwood Park, AB. This is a long-term contract opportunity ideal for individuals with significant experience and a passion for making a positive impact on EPC projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and administer contracts throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and corporate standards.
- Provide oversight of EPC contracts from award through execution and closeout.
- Collaborate with project managers and key stakeholders to ensure that contract terms are met and all project goals are achieved within scope, schedule, and budget.
- Identify potential risks and manage issues related to contracts and commercial terms, offering solutions that benefit the project and stakeholders.
- Utilize CMS platforms (Procore preferred) to track, monitor, and manage contract documentation and deliverables.
- Oversee and facilitate the negotiation and modification of contract terms when necessary.
- Ensure alignment with all safety, regulatory, and company standards.
- Proven experience in managing contracts for Oil & Gas projects, with a clear understanding of the complexities of mega projects.
- Strong background in EPC oversight and comprehensive contract administration from a commercial and legal standpoint.
- System savvy: Experience with SAP and Microsoft tools is essential for efficient project execution.
- Experience with a Contract Management System (CMS), ideally Procore, is highly preferred.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills to effectively manage relationships with stakeholders and vendors.
- Education in a related field (Business, Engineering, Legal, etc.) is preferred.
- Valid Canadian work permit and a current driver's license.
- You’re based in the Edmonton area, including Sherwood Park, Fort Saskatchewan, Leduc, Nisku, or willing to relocate to meet job/project requirements.
- You bring an in-depth understanding of the challenges of large-scale Oil & Gas projects, navigating complex contracts and ensuring all terms are executed flawlessly.
- Your experience with CMS platforms and SAP is extensive, and you are comfortable using these tools daily to ensure smooth project administration.
- A natural problem-solver with a keen eye for detail, you thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
