We're looking for a data-driven and creative Demand Generation Specialist to join our growing marketing team.

Role Overview

As the Demand Generation Specialist at Instabug, you will be the driving force behind our marketing campaigns-designing, executing, and refining strategies that attract new prospects and move them through the funnel. From conceptualizing impactful webinars to orchestrating email nurtures and digital campaigns, you'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to generate pipeline and accelerate revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Webinar Management
    • Plan, promote, and host compelling webinars that align with our target personas and strategic initiatives.
    • Coordinate internal and external speakers, develop engaging content, and analyze performance to optimize future sessions.
  2. Marketing Operations
    • Maintain and optimize marketing automation workflows within tools like HubSpot or Marketo.
    • Collaborate with sales ops to ensure accurate lead flow, tracking, and reporting across the funnel.
  3. Event Operations
    • Support planning and execution of virtual and in-person events, including logistics, vendor management, and on-site coordination.
    • Collaborate with product and sales teams to ensure consistent brand representation and messaging.
  4. Digital Campaigns
    • Lead the execution of LinkedIn and Google paid advertising campaigns focused on driving qualified leads.
    • Track and report on key performance metrics (CPL, CTR, etc.), recommending adjustments for greater ROI.
  5. Email Campaigns
    • Develop email campaigns and content that engage leads at each stage of the buying journey-drip sequences, nurture campaigns, and promotional blasts.
    • Conduct A/B testing to continuously improve open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.


Qualifications
  • Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; 2-4 years of experience in demand generation, digital marketing, or marketing operations.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot), CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and webinar tools (Zoom).
  • Analytical Mindset: Comfort using analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.) to measure campaign effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
  • Digital Media Savvy: Proficiency in LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Google Ads.
  • Project Management: Strong organizational skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously-webinars, email campaigns, events, and digital marketing efforts.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal skills to create compelling content, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and present ideas clearly.
  • Adaptability: Agile and proactive approach, with the ability to pivot strategies based on performance insights and evolving market conditions.
