Responsibilities

Here's What You'll Do:
• Own the doors: You'll still knock, pitch, and close. Your team's watching - lead like it.
• Expand your empire: Recruit, train, and level-up a solar sales team built in your image.
• Push the pace: Your leadership drives volume, urgency, and intensity.
• Coach in real-time: You'll mentor in the field - not just in meetings.
• Cash big checks: Aggressive comp plan with overrides + personal sales = serious income.

Qualifications
