Your role and responsibilities

As a pivotal member of the Talent Acquisition Leadership team, you will spearhead global executive search and proactive talent sourcing initiatives. Your role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution, driving innovation in talent acquisition practices across our 70+ global locations. Strategic Leadership • Develop and implement a comprehensive global strategy for executive search and proactive sourcing • Lead a team of executive search professionals and guide a global sourcing community of practice • Personally oversee critical executive-level hires as a 'player-coach' Talent Acquisition Excellence • Drive best-in-class sourcing practices for executive and hard-to-fill roles • Establish and maintain talent pipelines for critical and senior positions • Collaborate on workforce planning to anticipate and address future talent needs Innovation and Continuous Improvement • Spearhead the adoption of cutting-edge technology and AI in talent sourcing • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation in sourcing strategies • Lead the evolution of global sourcing practices, focusing on candidate experience and efficiency Stakeholder Management and Thought Leadership • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and hiring managers • Act as an internal and external subject matter expert in talent acquisition trends • Provide market insights and competitive intelligence to inform talent strategies Performance and Team Management • Create a high-performing culture within the executive search and sourcing teams • Implement robust performance management methodologies and dashboards • Support capability development across the broader talent acquisition function

Qualifications for the role

• Experience and Expertise
• Extensive experience in multinational corporate talent acquisition or executive search firms
• Proven track record in executive and senior leadership recruitment, particularly in technology or industrial sectors
• Recognized subject matter expert in talent acquisition trends and best practices
• Leadership and Strategic Skills
• Strong business acumen and ability to align talent strategies with organizational goals
• Exceptional leadership skills, with experience managing diverse, global teams
