Global Product Marketing Manager
Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to develops an effective product group sales strategy within the global market and maintains it, to improve ABB's market penetration and realize growth aspirations in the Data center segment. Location: Global Your Responsibilities: • Understands customer needs and requirements, and effectively communicates the ability of ABB's solutions to address those needs. Coordinates the product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value and benefits of ABB's solutions. • Keeps track of market trends, and industry developments to identify potential business opportunities and product roadmap development, and conducts valuation of market size and competitor analyses including identification of offering gaps and evaluates ABB's position • Ensures that account plans and share of wallet growth actions are in place and delivers result for the major accounts in Data Center Segment. Anticipates and identifies the shortfalls in performance and takes appropriate remedial actions, proactively. • Identifies and evaluates new opportunities with existing and potential customers, determines plans for implementation, and allocates required resources. • Participates in the negotiation of key contracts. • Leads Product and Factory approvals from customers engaging the necessary resources from all functions • Ensures whether technical solutions can be used across the product group's offering portfolio to the maximum possible extent. • Identifies, monitors, and maintains/exceeds the sales market price levels, after evaluating the pricing impact on the results with the Product Management team.

Qualifications for the role
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the power/switchgear industry.
- Strong experience in the Datacenter segment.
- Proven expertise in market intelligence to drive strategic decision-making.
- Demonstrated success in ensuring customer experience and satisfaction.
- Solid experience in account management, building and maintaining long-term client relationships.
- Strong background in business development and adoption, driving growth and identifying new opportunities.
- Expertise in solution/application sales engineering, with the ability to deliver tailored solutions to meet customer needs.
- Fluent in English with the ability to travel up to 30-35% of the time.
