Vi søker en teknisk koordinator som vil ha ansvar for å koordinere og støtte vårt tekniske vedlikeholds team. Du vil jobbe tett med verksted ledelse, prosjektpersonell, utstyrseiere og andre interessenter for å sikre at jobbene gjennomføres effektivt og i henhold til tidsfrister.

Hva blir rollen din?

• Koordinere/ tilrettelegge/ planlegge jobb pakker
• Sørge for at teknikerne har de nødvendige ressursene og informasjonen
• Kommunisere med leverandører og kunder for å avklare tekniske spesifikasjoner
• Bidra til utvikling og implementering av prosjektplaner
• Overvåke fremdrift og rapportere status til ledelsen

Hva forventer vi av deg?

• Relevant utdanning innen teknologi, gjerne innenfor vedlikehold.
• Minimum 3 års erfaring i en koordinasjons rolle
• Solid teknisk forståelse og evne til å løse problemer
• Gode kommunikasjons- og samarbeidsevner
• Erfaring med prosjektstyringsverktøy er en fordel, MS Project
• Gode engelskkunnskaper, skriftlig/ muntlig
• Norsk språklig.
