Demand Generation Manager - Strategic Growth Leader

Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), the Demand Generation Manager will play a pivotal role in optimizing the buyer journey, collaborating across teams, and leveraging data insights to deliver measurable results. You'll partner with sales, product marketing, customer success, and revenue operations to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with business objectives. If you excel at turning data into action, building scalable programs, and working cross-functionally to drive growth, this is your opportunity to make a significant impact.

Role Overview:

This is a building role, ideal for someone excited to design and execute scalable demand generation strategies from the ground up. You'll own the entire marketing funnel, from generating awareness to improving lead quality and conversion through strategic use of paid media, SEO, and content marketing. A focus on experimentation, testing, and learning will be key to your success.

What You'll Do:
  • Develop & Execute Demand Gen Programs:
    Lead multi-channel campaigns across SEO, PPC, email, and co-marketing initiatives. Ensure campaigns align with business objectives and buyer personas.
  • Optimize the Lead Funnel:
    Collaborate with revenue operations to track campaign performance metrics, including lead attribution, funnel velocity, and ROI. Use tools like Pardot and Salesforce to monitor and integrate data effectively.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders:
    Partner with sales, product marketing, and customer success teams to refine messaging and enhance lead quality. Ensure MQL and SQL criteria are aligned and improve lead handoff processes.
  • Drive Partner Co-Marketing:
    Develop co-branded campaigns with partners to expand market reach and credibility, integrating these programs into the overall demand generation strategy.
  • Experiment & Optimize:
    Conduct A/B tests on campaigns, landing pages, and ads. Use performance data to iterate quickly, maximizing engagement and conversions.
  • Manage SEO & SEM:
    Drive organic and high-intent traffic through keyword research, customer behavior analysis, and competitive insights.
  • Analyze & Report Performance:
    Track campaign KPIs and provide actionable insights. Deliver regular performance reports to key stakeholders to inform budget allocation and strategy refinement.

Qualifications:
  • Experience: 8+ years in demand generation, growth marketing, or performance marketing (preference for SaaS or GovTech experience).
  • Expertise: Strong knowledge of digital marketing tactics (SEO, SEM, email), marketing automation tools (Pardot), performance platforms (Salesforce, Google Analytics), and Ad Platforms (LinkedIn, Google Ads)
  • Analytical: Proven ability to measure and optimize campaigns for pipeline growth and ROI.
  • Collaboration: Experience working cross-functionally with sales, product, and other marketing teams to drive impact.
