Your role and responsibilities
• Lead the Tendering Team: Provide guidance and support to the tendering team to ensure high-quality bid submissions. Invest in the professional development of team members through training and mentoring. • Implement tools and software to automate repetitive tasks, such as CRM updates and report generation, to free up time for more strategic activities. • Develop and continuously improve our local sales support and tendering process. • Defines key targets and ensures their achievement by overseeing progress and defining improvement actions for customer support and satisfaction. • Oversees the support provided and proposal preparation by assigning and allocating internal and external resources for technical and commercial support and proposal preparation. • Ensures the most competitive offers considering the market situation and customer conditions. • Oversees the validation of terms and conditions (commercial, technical, legal, and pricing) in each offer. • Supports bid/no bid analyses and decisions. • Lead digital transformation of local Tendering Tools, Quotation Management System and processes. • Lead the project tendering risk review processes. • Ensures the required technical support and clarifications are provided to the Sales organizations during technical meetings, product presentations, and negotiations with customers. • Monitor quotation Hit Rate (KPIs), communicate results and propose initiatives to improve it. • Builds long-term and sustainable customer relationships by prioritizing their work as per defined criteria to ensure consistent customer satisfaction. • Develops, implements, and maintains effective customer support processes by participating in development projects (e.g., tools, competencies, resources). • Develops and manages logistics operations to effectively control inbound and outbound shipping of products to customers. • Handles import and export matters, including documentation, compliance, and logistics coordination. • Shares functional best practices and lessons learned across the organization.ws local sales support strategy. • Develop and lead local improvement plans with respect to data quality, planning, forecasts, delivery, inventory, and/or cost targets, meeting customer and stakeholder commitments in collaboration with local leadership. • Participate in the development and implementation of the Supply Chain strategy focusing on procurement, inventory, delivery, and quality. Oversee supplier performance and drive continuous performance improvement as per agreed criteria.

Qualifications for the role
- Dynamic Team leader with superior management skills.
- Collegial or University degree recognized in Canada.
- +10 years of relevant experience in sales, sales support, management around System Drives & Packaging sector (LV and MV Drives).
- Strong organizational and communication skills (bilingual).
- Excellent communicator in English and French. French is required. English is also required to communicate with customers outside Quebec on a regular basis.

- Highly Organized and structured with time management skills.
