About the mission we offer:

Communication

• Disseminate the corporate and project culture and its values through different channels in order to strengthen the teams' pride of belonging
• Collect, disseminate and communicate information to employees by being part of a multi-channel communication coherence
• Ensure and promote the sharing of good practices within the project

Editorial

• Propose and write content, format it and relay it internally within the project and the company, in particular our internal social network and the Intranet
• Translate and adapt messages/articles (English/French or French/English)

Multimedia

• Create, animate communication tools and media (from design to manufacturing/delivery-distribution) in order to federate and motivate employees
• Participate in the animation of the internal social network
• Contribute to the production of photos and videos (preparation of briefs, organization of recording, filming and editing).

Event

• Actively contribute to the organization and coordination of internal events (information meetings, team-buildings, employee cafés, internal conferences, sporting events, afterworks, etc.) both face-to-face and remotely (via Microsoft Office suite tools)
• Help relay Paris & Corporate communication campaigns at the project level (Values, HSE, Ethics...)
• Be a source of proposals for the creation of events to create team spirit and federate project employees in different countries

Your profile:

We would be happy to meet you and discuss your suitability for this position. To complete this mission, you will need to meet the following requirements:

• You are looking for an end-of-studies internship with a Bac+4/5 level in Communication/Multimedia.
• You are autonomous, willing, responsive, organized and resourceful!
• You want to work in an international and multicultural environment
• You have already completed other internships and work-study programs in communication/marketing
• You have good interpersonal skills, a sense of confidentiality, writing skills and team spirit.
• Mastery of the office pack is imperative.
• Knowledge of the Adobe suite (Première Pro, InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop) is a real plus.
• A very good level of English, both oral and written, is mandatory.
