What you will do:
- Work closely with our marketing Agency (Unmuted) to bring our positioning and messaging strategy to life, create pipeline against a healthy ROI, and provide our sales team with the right signals to act
- Monitor and scale our performance campaigns across Google Ads, paid social and email marketing incl. roll-out to new channels (Reddit? Stackoverflow?) and geographies.
- Work directly with a cross-functional team both in-house and external (incl. content marketing, visual design, copywriters, local sales team) in creating content and campaigns that resonate with our Ideal Customer Profile
- Become familiar with the Decision Making Unit of our prospects and learn all their pains and jobs to be done that we can help them solve, learn the words they use, and become the expert for where and how we should communicate our proposition
Who we're looking for:
- You are inventive, test and learn fast, dare to make mistakes and challenge others.
- Comprehensive knowledge of demand generation channels and tactics, including paid social, founder brand, retargeting, SEO and paid search.
- Solid project management skills and early business management experience.
- You speak English natively, ideally you hold an EU passport
- You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree, e.g. in marketing or business.
- 3+ years of relevant work experience with at-least 1 year in SaaS.
